Privacy
Cazimedia, LLC operates Catalog Sentinel. The app stores encrypted Stripe authorization tokens, product and price snapshots, observed catalog events, findings, scan status and billing entitlement for the connected account. It uses this data only to provide catalog history, review prompts, audit receipts, account access and billing. It does not sell data or modify Stripe catalog data.
Service providers
Stripe provides the app platform, connected account data and subscription billing. Cloudflare provides application hosting and database storage.
Retention and deletion
Catalog Sentinel retains saved app data until an account administrator deletes it. Uninstalling stops new collection and cancels the managed subscription, but keeps saved history so a reinstall does not silently erase records. An administrator can permanently delete stored app data from the app settings after Stripe confirms billing has ended.
